• We do not provide suicide prevention or crisis intervention services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to ensure fair and transparent policies for all our clients.

1. Cancellations

• Therapy sessions/workshops can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full credit or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

• If a payment has been made but services were not provided due to our error, a 100% refund will be issued.

• If you are unsatisfied with a session, you may inform the manager. Refund approval is at the company’s discretion.

• Package subscriptions (multiple sessions) are refundable only before the first session has been availed. Once started, packages are non-refundable.

3. Mode of Refund

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
